Meet Kayla

You make good money. You love your life.
So why does it still feel like you’re not getting ahead?

That was me, too.

I wasn’t taught how to manage money, or even how to talk about it. In my early 20s, my career took off fast. I was making more than I ever expected… but couldn’t figure out where it was going.

No matter how much I made, it never felt like enough. The cycle continued for years.
I wanted to travel, invest, buy a house, start a family - without debt dragging behind me.
But I had no idea how to get there. And even less idea how to talk about it with my partner.

When I got married, we weren’t fighting about money - but we weren’t building anything with it either.

We avoided the conversations that mattered:

  • What do we want to do with our money?

  • How do we design a life that fits both of us?

  • What if one of us lost our job?

Eventually, we did lose our jobs.

I was nine months pregnant when my position in leadership was deemed unnecessary. My wife’s department was eliminated two months later. A newborn. No paychecks. A mortgage and mounting bills.

It could’ve wrecked us.

But here’s the thing: we were okay.

Because we had already done the work.
We had learned how to talk about money.
We had built our version of security.
We had created a plan we could adapt - together.

That’s what I want for you.

Today, I help couples build money plans that reflect your values, your goals, and the way you want to live.

No shame.
No cookie-cutter scripts.
No spreadsheet overwhelm (unless you want one - we’ll make it work for you).

Just clear, custom coaching to help you feel calm, connected, and confident with money - together.

Because money doesn’t have to create distance in your relationship.

It can be the thing that brings you closer than ever.
